Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@miriano.com with your order number. Once approved, send your item to our Quality Control Center at the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for an order that is currently in transit. You must wait until you have received the package before initiating a return.


Subscriptions

Our product is offered as a monthly subscription, which is clearly indicated at each step of the checkout process: on the product page, in the cart, at checkout, and in the order confirmation email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date by:

  • Logging into the Subscription Management portal on our website
  • Contacting us at contact@miriano.com

You will receive a pre-shipment notification email 48 hours before your next order is dispatched. Cancellation is still possible at that point.

Once your subscription renews and an order confirmation email has been sent, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled. You may return the item upon receipt in accordance with our return policy above.

You may also pause your subscription for up to 1 month by contacting us. An extension can be requested after the initial pause period.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, the order is already being processed and cannot be stopped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@miriano.com if you wish to cancel.


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of the date of purchase, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@miriano.com.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@miriano.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
